LET’S DO IT! I’D LOVE TO BOOK WITH STAG & DOE, HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Once you approve our quote, we ask for a 50% deposit in order to secure the inventory for the requested date. We require your invoice to be pain in full no later than 7 days before your event. We accept payment via check, cash, or Venmo. We looove us some Venmo, so if you can go that route, we’d be grateful.

 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR ORDERS?

We require a minimum order of $50 for tabletop rentals. Furniture rental minimums are decided on an individual basis.

 

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE? CAN I PICK UP MY OWN ORDER?

In order for us to deliver your order, we ask for an order of a minimum of $250. Delivery fees are usually 15-20% of your order just to cover gas, mileage, and basic set up. If your order consists of any combination of china, goblets, and flatware, you are welcome to pick it up yourself. Furniture delivery is decided on a case-by-case basis.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY FEE?

We will bring your order to your venue in, preferably, a covered area. We will set up a sample table setting so that the caterer, planner, etc. will have an idea of how to duplicate the look on other tables. If you would like us to style all of your tables, we’d be overjoyed to execute the design you’d like for a $200 fee.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We service Northeast Florida, Central Florida, and Southeast Georgia up into Savannah and Tybee Island. We are happy to travel a little further, but there will be a slightly higher delivery/pick up charge. We are happy to travel, so if you think your venue is a little out of range, send us a message so we can see how we can accommodate you!

MY FLORIST WOULD LIKE TO PICK UP THE VASES, JARS, PITCHERS, ETC. A FEW DAYS BEFORE MY EVENT. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Absolutely! We’d love to make their job easier. We can work on a case-by-case basis to arrange early pick up.

OH NO! I BROKE YOUR PLATES!

Fortunately, this doesn’t seem to happen too often. In the unlikely event that one of our pieces is cracked or broken, we reserve the right to charge the client up to three times of the rental cost. Normal wear and tear on furniture is to be expected, but if there is damage that we can’t fix, we will have to pass this cost on to the client.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON STYLED SHOOTS?

The more the merrier! We love collaborating with creatives and provide rentals and styling in exchange for industry standard photographs and ask for credit on all social media outlets and in publications as Stag and Doe Vintage.

WHAT IS THE COST OF RENTING DISHES, GOBLETS, ETC. FOR STYLED SHOOT COLLABORATIONS?

We will share our inventory free of charge whenever possible for those who are interested in styled shoots, but we still hold our creative friends to the same standard as our clients in the event that our items are damaged or destroyed.
